To set a daily intention is your most extraordinary power lies in the deliberate creation of your reality and your ability to visualise and imagine your desired outcomes consciously.

Why is it important to set a daily intention?

It is how you will steer and create your life consciously. By daily practicing intention setting, you consciously take control of your life and start experiencing your desired outcomes.

How to set an intention that works?

Setting an intention determines the outcomes that you desire to have or experience. It creates mental pictures or images of the desired outcome to the best of your ability.

While visualising the desired outcome, you add positive, affirming, descriptive and empowering internal self-talk with every image or picture. You affirm to yourself all the POSITIVE, EMPOWERING, DESCRIPTIVE details as if it is already like that. As if you are already experiencing your desired outcome.

Combine everything with a feeling of GRATITUDE, APPRECIATION, EXCITEMENT, HAPPINESS, OR JOY that it is already like that – actually feel the feelings.

Let go of the expectations of HOW to get the desired outcome as well as the WHERE & WHEN, then also let go of all your ATTACHMENTS to the outcome.

REMEMBER: You must only be positive or neutral when setting intentions. Stay away from thinking about what you do not want or the lack of what you would like to have. WANT = LACK.
